Please note that behavioural appointments are comprised of 3 parts. When purchasing the relevant behavioural appointment, I require a WORKING EMAIL ADDRESS to send a questionnaire which comprises of questions I need to ask about your situation. Please include this in the "provide request details" box when you purchase. Please provide a working contact number if you do not have an email address. After this is completed and returned, a day and time will be arranged for me to contact you by phone to have a chat about the answers you have given and gather more information if it's deemed necessary (it usually is). Then a day and time will be arranged for me to physically come to your home and assess your dog. Upon completion of the assessment, I will discuss my findings and diagnose the problem/s with you where I also hope you will ask any questions you may have. I will also discuss the behavioural modification plan with you at this point and implement it on the same day.
For more complex behavioural cases, it may be necessary to amend this process slightly such as me going away and creating a larger modification plan and coming back another day to implement, or, in cases of aggression, our initial meeting may need to take place outside whilst the dog remains inside.
