I require 24 hours notice before cancelling an appointment. If this is not completed, the full amount of the appointment will still be payable. If you do give enough notice, you will either be fully refunded or the money will be kept if you choose to rebook the appointment.

Aftercare for behavioural assessments lasts for a 3 month period and is included in the price. This includes any new problems which may arise and any other training protocols which may be required.
